Family court proceedings are stressful, complex and consequential. Having proper support through them should not be out of reach because of cost. The Separation Companion offers practical, experienced family court support at a fraction of the cost of full legal representation.

I am not a solicitor and do not charge solicitor rates. What I offer is the practical, organisational and emotional support that helps people navigate family court proceedings properly, without the bills that come with having a solicitor involved at every stage.

What low cost family court support looks like

What does it cost?

Hourly support is available from £65 per hour. McKenzie Friend attendance at court hearings is £295 for a half day and £495 for a full day, including preparation and debrief. Packages are available starting from £325 for five hours for those who need ongoing support across multiple sessions.
