A calm, practical conversation about where you are, what feels most overwhelming, and what a clear next step looks like — with someone who has been through it themselves.
Choose a time that suits you
I founded The Separation Companion because I know from personal experience how isolating and overwhelming this process can feel. I've sat in solicitor meetings, attended family court, navigated financial remedy proceedings and co-parented through the hardest years. I help people feel less alone and more organised — whatever stage of the process they're at.
Separation comes with a huge amount of practical and emotional noise — and it can be genuinely hard to know where to start. The free support call is a chance to talk through what's happening, what's feeling most pressing, and what a clear, manageable first step forward looks like for you.
There's no pressure, no sales pitch, and no homework. Just a focused 20 minutes with someone who understands the process — and who has been through it.
Whether you've just separated or you're partway through proceedings, I can help with the practical side — so you arrive at appointments prepared, and use professional time where it really counts.
This is practical support — not therapy, and not legal advice. I work alongside solicitors, mediators, counsellors and other professionals, not instead of them. My role is to help you feel organised, informed and prepared so that you can make the best use of specialist advice where it's genuinely needed.
In-person support is available across Essex and Suffolk. Online sessions are available to anyone across England and Wales.
